Resident Evil Film Series Getting 4K Release

We make fun here, but the Resident Evil film series is undeniably popular, despite its detractors.

While many hardcore fans turn their noses up at the live-action blockbusters, many moviegoers loved them.

Sony Pictures knows this more than anyone. It shouldn’t be surprising, then, that the six-film franchise is getting an updated edition for home theaters.

The Resident Evil 4K Ultra HD Collection will be coming to stores on November 3rd. This box set comes in an admittedly slick box, with matching covers for each movie.

Each disc will also come loaded with special features, some of which haven’t even been pressed to plastic before now.
